[모집분야] 어학원 초등영어강사 (Native English Teacher)

[주요업무]
- 정규수업 및 북클럽 수업을 담당합니다. (Responsible for regular classes and book club sessions)
- K~G9 학생들에게 영어를 가르치는 업무를 담당합니다. (Responsible for teaching English to students aged 7~17)
- 수업 계획을 세우고 준비하는 역할을 맡습니다. (In charge of planning and preparing lessons)
- 학생들의 학습 진도를 관리하고 평가합니다. (Manages and assesses students' progress)
- 학부모와의 상담을 통해 학생의 학습 상황을 공유합니다. (Shares students' learning progress with parents through consultations)
- 기타 학원 운영에 필요한 업무를 지원합니다. (Supports other tasks necessary for the operation of the academy)


[자격요건]
- 영어권 나라 5년 이상 거주 및 영어권 대학 학위 소지자이어야 합니다. (Must have lived in an English-speaking country for more than 5 years and hold a degree from an English-speaking university)
- 혹은 100% 영어로 수업이 가능한 자이어야 합니다.
- 학사 학위 이상을 소지한 자이어야 합니다. (Must have a bachelor's degree or higher)
- 영어 교육 관련 경력이 최소 1년 이상이어야 합니다. (Must have at least 1 year of experience in English education)
- 한국에서 합법적으로 근무할 수 있는 비자를 소지한 자이어야 합니다. (Must possess a visa that allows legal employment in Korea)
- 기본적인 컴퓨터 활용 능력을 갖추고 있어야 합니다. (Must have basic computer skills)


[우대사항]
- TESOL 자격증을 소지한 자를 우대합니다. (Candidates with a TESOL certification are preferred)
- 국제학교 수업 경험이 있는 자를 우대합니다. (Preference will be given to those with experience teaching at international schools)
- 온라인 수업 경험이 있는 자를 우대합니다. (Experience with online teaching is preferred)
- 다양한 교육 자료를 활용할 수 있는 자를 우대합니다. (Candidates who can utilize a variety of educational materials are preferred)
- 학생들과 원활한 소통이 가능한 자를 우대합니다. (Preference will be given to those who can communicate effectively with students)
